Return and Refund Policy
If you have purchased a product sold by byolitic.ro, you have not unsealed it and in the meantime you have changed your mind, you can return the product within 30 days from the moment of its delivery.
The return period for a product expires within 30 days from:
- the day you take physical possession of the ordered products;
- the day you take physical possession of the last good – if you ordered, through a single order, several products that will be delivered separately.
Return Procedure
To return one or more products, you will have to contact us via a simple e-mail, in which you specify the desire to return, the order number and the product requested for return.
Products are returned by courier, with delivery to the address specified by byolitic.com.
If the delivered product is different from the one ordered, the cost of the return will be borne by byolitic.com. Otherwise, the transport costs are borne by the customer.
General conditions
The products you want to return must be in the same condition as you received them, in the original packaging and with all the accessories. The gift products will have to be sent together with the products you want to return.
The return of the product is not accepted if it shows signs that it has been unsealed, used or tested – for reasons of protecting the health of customers and for reasons of hygiene.
If the products or the returned product is damaged, shows traces of use, unsealing or has been tested in any way, we reserve the right to refuse the product for return.
